FB-Y-1200

MULTI-LANE FLAP BARRIER

The Bioteknix FB‑Y‑1200 is a multi‑lane flap barrier tailored for high‑traffic security entry points. Built with durable 1.2 mm/1.0 mm SUS304 stainless steel, it measures 1400×280×950 mm and supports a standard 550 mm wide passage. Driven by a 24 V 150 W DC brushless motor, it achieves a smooth pass rate of 35 persons per minute. Featuring six pairs of sensors, it offers reliable anti‑tailgating, anti‑reverse, and infrared anti‑clipping protection, and opens automatically on power failure to meet fire-safety requirements. The barrier supports memory and non‑memory card modes and auto‑resets if passage isn’t completed in time. Compatible with IC, ID, barcode, and face recognition systems, it excels in environments ranging from –20 °C to +70 °C. Weighing approximately 60 kg with an IP56 rating and an MCBF of 5 million cycles, it delivers enduring performance. The FB‑Y‑1200 combines accessibility, safety, and durability in one high‑efficiency design.
